What we collect

Information you send us through a form

When you submit a property assessment request, Overwatch inquiry, contractor consultation request, opportunity introduction, or general message, we receive what you type: typically your name, company, email, phone, property or business details, and any photos or documents you choose to attach.

Campaign and page information attached to a form

Each submission also records which page the form was on, the page you first landed on and the most recent campaign link you used, the referring website (address only, without any query string), any campaign tags in the link (for example, a QR code on printed material), a random reference number for the request, and whether you came from nicklavelle.co. We use this to know which outreach reached you so we can respond with the right context. The campaign details are kept in your browser’s local storage for this site so a later visit can be connected to the original link.

Site usage

We run a small first-party analytics beacon that records page views, time on page, and form submissions. It stores a random visitor identifier in your browser. Analytics events never include your name, email, phone, address, notes, or uploads. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.

How we use it

• To review and respond to your request, and to schedule assessments, consultations, or conversations you asked for.
• To understand which pages and campaigns people use so we can improve them.
• To keep records of engagements we carry out with you.

We do not send automated marketing texts or emails from these forms. If we ever introduce an optional newsletter or text updates, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.

Where it goes

• Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our team by email.
• Analytics data is stored in a database we control (hosted on Supabase).
• If your request calls for a specialist, we share only what is needed to make the introduction, and only after talking with you first.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful to the engagement or as required by law. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@lavellesolutions.com. To opt out of the analytics beacon, use a browser setting that blocks local storage for this site.
