Why Lavelle Solutions

Field Experience. Financial Perspective.

Nick Lavelle brings experience in roofing, operations, project coordination, and project accounting. His partner Corey Roder is a CPA who works with private equity firms. Together, they bring an understanding of both exterior project needs and the financial discipline behind capital expenditure decisions.

We help management teams connect property conditions, project priorities, and budget conversations so ownership has a clearer basis for deciding what happens next.

When a portfolio needs accounting, tax, or fractional CFO work, those services are provided by Corey Roder CPA under a separate engagement with that firm.

How it works

Four steps from portfolio questions to coordinated work.

  1. Tell us about the properties

Where they are, how many, and the priority on your desk right now.

  2. Assess and document

We arrange condition assessments for the properties that need them first.

  3. Prioritize and phase

Options, CapEx priorities, and timing laid out so ownership can decide.

  4. Coordinate the work

Agreed projects scheduled around occupants and operations, with one point of contact.

Project experience

Projects from Nick’s operating roles at roofing companies before founding Lavelle Solutions.

Hurricane Ian Response · Port Charlotte, Florida

Port Charlotte Commons

Hurricane Ian ripped the roof off portions of this three-building retirement community, displacing some residents. Nick helped coordinate emergency response, remediation, roofing, and build-back as the sales representative and on-site project manager.

Food production · Operating plants

James Skinner Baking

Two plants running 23 hours a day, six days a week. Full reroofs of about 215,000 sq ft with no production disruption, no temperature loss, and no contamination events.

Throughout my career in the insurance industry, I have worked with commercial roofing contractors across the country, and many of them are highly capable at what they do. What stood out to me about Nick Lavelle was that he brought a level of business discipline and data-driven decision making that I had never seen from a contractor before. My work relies heavily on data analysis, code enforcement requirements, OSHA regulations, and detailed documentation to help insureds navigate complex claims. When I began working with Nick, I expected to find someone knowledgeable about roofing. What I did not expect was his deep understanding of every aspect of the business behind it. Nick maintained detailed operational data, tracked key metrics, and understood his company performance at a level that allowed for smarter decisions and greater accountability. The accurate information he provided helped me operate more efficiently and made collaboration significantly easier. Beyond that, Nick is hardworking, approachable, and committed to understanding the full picture, not just the roof, but the entire business that supports it. That earned my respect and set him apart from others in the industry.

From streamlining sales team workflows and go to market strategies for our restoration business to developing lead generation strategies for our MMA gym, Lavelle Solutions has delivered practical solutions that drive results.

Most recently, I had them develop an all in one shop management platform for our service center, designed to improve technician efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize the vehicle reconditioning process for our dealership partners.

Whether it’s sales, marketing, lead generation, or day to day operations, they help turn complex processes into streamlined, scalable systems.

I highly recommend Lavelle Solutions to any business looking to leverage technology, optimize operations, and scale more efficiently.

Questions management teams ask

Before you reach out.

Do you work with management companies or individual buildings?

Both. Management and asset-management teams can start with one property or a group of them. We keep the relationship with your company and the records for each property separate.

Do we need to share budgets or portfolio documents to start?

No. A first conversation needs only the locations and your main priority. Anything else can come later, when it’s useful.

Who provides accounting or tax work?

Accounting, tax, and fractional CFO services are provided by Corey Roder CPA under a separate engagement with that firm. Lavelle Solutions coordinates the exterior side.

Who performs the repairs?

Appropriate contractors and specialists for each job. Lavelle Solutions helps select and coordinate them and stays your point of contact.

Where do you work?

Lavelle Solutions is based in Dallas-Fort Worth and serves Texas and storm-affected regions across the country. Tell us your markets and we’ll confirm.
